Ultrasonic acoustic emission device, bearings technical condition data collector.
Rolling bearings technical condition control based on operating bearing acoustic emission signal analysis in ultrasonic frequencies 20 to 300 KHz, bearing unit resource definition, database compilation for equipment of different types, complexity, configuration with non-stop operating bearings frequency range 10 to 10,000 revolutions per minute.
The more complicated, compact and powerful the diagnosed equipment is, the more complicated it is to determine the actual reason, that can lead to breakdown, accident or catastrophe, and the more experienced critical equipment diagnostician is needed.
We do not measure vibrations of machinery and mechanisms that depend on disequilibrium (elements and units disbalance), centering and operation speed. There is no need for an experienced diagnostician, because the device implements a computer-aided technology of acoustic emission signals processing. Bearing technical condition calculation is made in 5 seconds.
The theory is proved by the research of scientists of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation.
Having examined the acoustic emission parameters let’s analyze acoustic emission signal sources in the ultrasonic range generated by an operating bearing.
The main acoustic emission signal shaping sources in an ultrasonic frequency range are:
